Laboratorium Spring
Andrii Siguntsov curated Laboratorium Spring, held in Kyiv on 24–25 May 2025. The festival brought electronic music into dialogue with contemporary art. Its eleven-artist programme included Zhanna Kadyrova, Vitalii Yurasov, Illia Kolotii, Krutotut, NH Studio and Onecru.
About the project
Sculpture, photography, performance and large-scale light installations formed an environment to explore between live sets. The three stages — Laba, Solar and Fracture — offered different spatial experiences, from kinetic structures to a more intimate setting.
The programme connected looking, listening and moving through a shared space. Developed during wartime, the festival placed collective experience and emotional renewal at the centre of its encounter with contemporary culture.
