Kyiv Art Week
A festival and art fair connecting galleries, artists, curators and institutions from Ukraine and abroad. Alongside exhibitions and special projects, the programme included public discussions and an educational strand for a wider audience.
Andrii Siguntsov served as PR director in 2016 and 2017, and programme director in 2017–2018.
About the project
Kyiv Art Week connects artists, galleries and curators with collectors, patrons and cultural institutions in Ukraine and internationally. Its programme brings an art fair together with exhibitions, special projects and public conversations, creating several points of entry into contemporary art.
The fair makes the relationships between galleries, artist-run spaces and collectors visible, while non-profit projects and an educational programme broaden the festival beyond commercial exchange. Collaborations with museums and independent venues place contemporary practices within a wider urban and institutional context.
Andrii Siguntsov worked as PR director in 2016–2017 and programme director in 2017–2018. These roles combined public communication with programme development at a festival designed to strengthen professional connections and make contemporary art accessible to audiences outside the specialist art community.
